SHIPPING

What is the delivery time?

All orders are shipped from our studio in the Netherlands. We generally ship orders the next business day after placing your order. Within the Netherlands, we ship via PostNL. The expected delivery time is usually 1-2 business days after shipment. You will receive a track & trace code after shipment so you can follow your order. We generally ship via letterbox-sized parcels.

What are the shipping costs?

For orders within the Netherlands and Belgium, we charge €4.95 shipping costs for orders under €79. Orders of €79 or more are shipped free of charge.

For orders within the European Union and the United Kingdom, we charge €7.95 shipping costs for orders under €129. Orders of €129 or more are shipped free of charge.

My package is lost, what now?

We're sorry to hear you haven't received your package yet! We're happy to help.

  • Check your Track & Trace
    You can use the code you received from us to track your package. Sometimes it's already marked as "delivered," but it might be at your neighbors or a collection point.
  • Look nearby
    Check with your neighbors, at the front door or mailbox — sometimes the delivery person leaves the package there.
  • Just wait a moment
    The delivery service may experience some delays. Therefore, please allow an additional 1–2 business days, even if the Track & Trace code indicates it's on its way.

Do you ship worldwide?

Not yet, but we're working on it! It will be available soon. Keep an eye on our website for updates.

What are the possible payment methods?

At studio lielou you can pay safely and easily using various payment methods:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro)
  • Apple Pay
  • Shop Pay

All payments are processed through a secure payment environment. As soon as your payment is completed, we'll happily start processing your order.

RETURN POLICY

Can I return my item?

Yes, that's possible! To initiate a return, you can contact us via info@studiolielou.com, stating your Order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will send you an email within 1-2 business days with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

What is the return window?

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the jewelry is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Are there any costs associated with returning my order?

Return costs are at your own expense.

What should I do if my order is incorrect, damaged, or incomplete?

Always check your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp:+31 6 27489547 or info@studiolielou.com. We'll work with you to identify the problem and find a suitable solution.

How are the jewelry made?

All our jewelry is lovingly designed and handcrafted in our own Dutch studio. Each piece is unique and crafted with meticulous attention to detail, using high-quality beads and durable stainless steel components. We test every design ourselves, ensuring you'll enjoy your piece for a long time.

Do you have many products in stock?

Our jewelry is made in limited quantities. This keeps each piece one-of-a-kind while reducing waste, in line with our commitment to sustainability.

WARRANTY & CARE

What are the warranty terms?

There is a 6-month warranty on manufacturing defects from the date of purchase, excluding normal wear and tear. The warranty is void in the event of misuse (e.g., dropping or bumping), modifications, or damage beyond normal use. If the jewelry is defective or broken due to a manufacturing defect, you can return it (see our Returns Policy). Due to the limited quantities of our handmade jewelry, certain colors or components may no longer be available, meaning that repairs cannot be carried out in some cases.

How do I care for my jewelry?

We use high-quality stainless steel with premium gold plating. Avoid perfume, creams, alcohol, and water to prevent tarnishing. Our glass beads are strong and colorful, but keep them away from water, creams, and perfume as much as possible. Small details on the handmade charms can bend; you can bend them back, as long as you do this carefully and not too often. To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend not wearing it while showering, swimming, or exercising.

Where do I store my jewelry?

Store your jewelry in the provided pouch when not worn, this protects it from external influences and helps it to stay beautiful.

GIFT & PACKAGING

How is a piece of jewelry packaged?

Each piece of jewellery comes in a colourful faux suede pouch – perfect for storing your jewellery or as a gift.

Can I send a piece of jewelry as a gift?

Yes, that's possible! Each piece of jewelry is carefully packaged and ready to give as a gift. No packing slip or price details are included in the box.
