Warranty and care

At studio lielou, we want you to enjoy your jewelry for a long time. Our jewelry is entirely handmade. Therefore, despite all the care and attention, slight variations may occur, meaning no two pieces are exactly alike.

Stainless steel
Our jewelry is crafted with high-quality stainless steel components and finished with premium gold plating. This gives them a beautiful shine and ensures they stay beautiful with careful use. Be careful with perfume or other products containing alcohol, as they can affect the plating. Just like your skin's natural pH, this can cause tarnishing . To keep your jewelry looking its best for as long as possible, we recommend not wearing it while showering, swimming, or exercising.

Glass beads
To create the cheerful and colorful look of our jewelry, we use the finest glass beads. They're strong and durable, but to preserve their sparkling appearance, it's best to keep them away from water, creams, and perfumes as much as possible.

Charms
Our charms sometimes have small legs, tails, and/or antennae. These can bend a little during everyday use, but that's not a problem. You can gently bend them back to their original shape, as long as you don't do it too roughly or too often.

Store
Store your jewelry in the provided pouch when not worn—this protects it from external influences and helps it to stay beautiful.

Warranty
There is a 6-month warranty on manufacturing defects from the date of purchase, excluding normal wear and tear. The warranty is void in the event of misuse (e.g., dropping or bumping), modifications, or damage beyond normal use. If the jewelry is defective or broken due to a manufacturing defect, you can return it (see our Returns Policy ). Due to the limited quantities of our handmade jewelry, certain colors or components may no longer be available, meaning that repairs cannot be carried out in some cases.
