At studio lielou, we strive to make our customers happy! Still not satisfied with your purchase?

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the jewelry is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Return request
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@studiolielou.com , stating your order number and reason for return . If your return is accepted, we'll send you an email within 1-2 business days with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Refund
Returns will be refunded within 5 business days of receipt via the same payment method, provided the product was returned in good condition. Studio lielou reserves the right to refuse returned products if they appear to have been worn or not returned within the specified timeframe.

Damage and problems
