At studio lielou we do our utmost to ship your order quickly and carefully.

Shipping
All orders are shipped from our studio in the Netherlands. We generally ship orders the next business day after placing your order. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday will be processed the following business day.

Delivery within the Netherlands
Within the Netherlands, we ship via PostNL. The expected delivery time is usually 1-2 business days after shipment. You will receive a track & trace code after shipment to track your order. We generally ship via letterbox packages.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands & Belgium
For orders within the Netherlands and Belgium, we charge €4.95 shipping costs for orders under €79. Shipping is free for orders of €79 or more.

Delivery to the European Union & the United Kingdom
We ship via PostNL. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Track & Trace code to follow your package.

Shipping costs to the European Union & the United Kingdom
For orders to the European Union and the United Kingdom, we charge €7.95 shipping costs for orders under €129. Shipping is free for orders of €129 or more.

Damage and problems
Always check your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp: +31 6 27489547 or info@studiolielou.com . We'll look at the problem together and find a suitable solution.
